State Trooper makes wife wait for ticket as husband suffers heart attack

A state trooper who detained a woman at a hospital where she had taken her stricken husband has been suspended without pay for three days for conduct unbecoming an officer.

The action was taken against Trooper John Parker from Troop D.

The case involved Aaron Isbell, who died at a hospital in January of a heart attack.

Authorities say Parker tried to stop Isbell's wife for speeding as she drove him to the hospital.

He detained her in the parking lot and cited her.

Investigators say Parker's action didn't have anything to do with Isbell's death.

Handcuffed by police aged just 8

AN eight-year-old boy was slapped in handcuffs and arrested by police, leaving him emotionally “scarred for life” according to his mother.

Officers, suspecting the child was in a stolen car, snapped their quickcuffs on young Joshua Hurley and put him the back of a police van along with his 19-year-old brother Anthony Walker and two other teens after stopping a car in Whitley at 4.30pm on a weekday afternoon.

Joshua, who’s just 4ft 4in tall, was kept in cuffs and taken to Reading Police Station – despite being two years too young to be charged with any offence.

Police suspected the car was stolen.

Officers dropped Joshua home to Kingsley Close in Whitley Wood around 6pm but his mum, Sandra Blake, was outraged her son had been handcuffed.

The 46-year-old claimed the incident on Wednesday, May 4, would leave Joshua “scarred for life”.

Mrs Blake said: “I just can’t believe the attitude of the police in all this.

Video of Cops Torturing Woman

Florida police officers released video footage of an arrest where they used a taser gun twice on an uncooperative female driver.

In Boynton Beach, Florida, Officer Rich McNevin pulled Victoria Goodwin over for speeding, and soon discovered that she was also driving without a valid license, a broken windshield and a nonfunctioning brake light.

When Officer McNevin asked Goodwin to step out of the vehicle, she refused. When he opened her car door and attempted to pull her out, Goodwin started yelling.

Officer McNevin tased Goodwin after warning her at least three times. When Goodwin fell to the ground screaming, Officer McNevin ordered her to lie on her stomach, but within minutes tased her a second time.

Sgt. Sedrick Aiken says Officer McNevin was forced to use his taser gun the first time because she pulled away from him, and the second time because the suspect hadn't been searched for weapons. He added that she could've injured herself or someone else.

Final Call cover photo shows close-up of holes in window penetrated by wayward bullets.

COMPTON (FinalCall.com) - “I thought it was a war going on. It sounded like Iraq was here,” is Ruby Evans’ description of the 120 shots that 10 Sheriff deputies fired at Black motorist Winston Hayes at around 4 a.m. on a narrow residential street May 9.

L.A. County sheriff troubled over 120 shots fired in Compton

Baca said Tuesday he owes residents an explanation for Monday's pre-dawn attack by 10 deputies, which wounded the suspect and a deputy.

The videotape shows deputies firing dozens of rounds in the direction of Hayes' vehicle. Some smashed into walls or went through windows of nearby homes, some ricocheted off the SUV, four struck Hayes and one hit a deputy.

The deputy who was struck was wearing a protective vest that stopped the bullet so he suffered only bruising.

A preliminary investigation by the sheriff's department indicated the deputies were confused and opened fire for different, but equally mistaken, reasons.
