Officer faces 2 counts of sexual abuse

A King City police officer was arraigned on sexual abuse charges Monday in Washington County Circuit Court.

Brandon T. Tomkins, 29, a six-year department veteran, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, alleging that he sexually abused a boy he met on the Internet.
