Officer Indicted By Grand Jury for On Duty Assault and Battery

YORK, S.C. -- The State Law Enforcement Division says a former veteran Rock Hill police officer was arrested Monday after a grand jury indicted him on charges of beating three men while on duty.

Former Lieutenant Derek Williams has been charged with three counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
