MADISON, Wis. -- Madison's police chief is defending an officer's use of a Taser gun on a 15-year-old Memorial High School student and says officers will continue to use Tasers.

Officer Tim Harder arrested Dalarence Goodwin, 15, at Memorial last month on a warrant that turned out to be a mistake.
