Deputy Charged With Seduction, Rape Of 15-Year-Old Cary Boy

RALEIGH, N.C. -- A former Wake County sheriff's deputy faces felony charges that allege he seduced a teenage boy online and then raped him at the boy's home.

Police say Steven Diver, 32, posed as a 20-year old in an Internet chat room.

They say he corresponded with a 15-year-old boy for several days before going to his Cary home last week.
