Daley Accused Of Ignoring Memo On Police Torture

CHICAGO (CBS 2) Lawyers say he tortured their clients, forcing them to confess to crimes they didn't commit. Now attorneys for several former death row inmates say a memo warning about the alleged actions of former Police Commander Jon Burge had been sent to Mayor Richard M. Daley back when he was a prosecutor, and that memo was simply ignored.
